Brad kolbThe head honcho, the big cheese of Hornet Signs. On paper he is legally identifiable with these titles, but at work, he is anything but.
Brad has a heart of gold for the business of messaging and marketing. He is in the trenches with the team at the shop on a consistent basis. He is far from a unicorn that is rarely seen or this urban legend whispered about among the staff. He is not the mythical figure CEO who appears at random, once every blood moon, making the townsfolk of staff cower in their cubicles. Undercover Boss need not apply because he is here. Already. All day, everyday. Brad knows what's going on in the business and with the people he cares about: staff, customers, vendors, suppliers, etc. His care resonates in the work that he does every single day with his vocabulary not being "my," but "our": our customers, our business, our revenue, our goals, and our success. He is more than a business owner - he's human, just like the rest of us. And that's a humanity he will risk for no one. |

Hard work. Dedication. Great customer service. These tenets are what propelled Shandy into her current position with Hornet Signs. She is integral part of day-to-day business operations because, well, she is the operations manager.
Reaching this point wasn't an accident. For her, it started with a belief and a care. A belief that the company is a wonderful company to be a part of and caring about the people and her work. These two things laid the foundation for the success of great customer service and relationships.
Other words she lives by is "Sometimes you just gotta grab the bull by the horns." In this profession, taking initiative is the utmost priority to ensure customers are getting served to full fidelity.
If someone were to say, "Shandy is the business," many may disagree, but we all may understand.
